Audrey and Paul got married on a beautiful summer day at the Wellshire Inn in Denver.

Audrey shares, “For us our most anticipated part of the day was our first look. With wedding jitters starting first thing in the morning all we wanted to do was see each other and go through the rest of the day together.”

The first look was emotional and very sweet and lead right into their private vows.

Audrey’s niece is the first baby of the family and was so photogenic!

During cocktail hour we got to see a rainbow!

Audrey and Paul shared their first dance to the song, Take Forever (Hally’s Song) by Cooper Alan.

Audrey shares her favorite moments from the day, “My favorite part of the day was either the first look or our sweetheart table together during dinner. Paul and I having a moment during dinner to take it all in and let time slow down for a second really made the difference in a day that really flies by. We both took a moment to look out at all our guests eating dinner and just said wow, this is our wedding, can you believe this is really happening? It felt really nice to take it all in before the craziness started back up again.”

Paul adds, “I agree that sweetheart table was a highlight of the day and a close second, but my favorite part of the day was the first look. It was a nice intimate moment between Audrey and I without everyone else around and although it rained in the middle and we had to move inside, it was still such a sweet moment for us. The entire day leading up I was just ready to see Audrey and go through the rest of the day with her. I think it says a lot that neither one of us had nerves about marrying one another, we just had nerves surrounding such a big day and all we wanted was to be with one another.”

Audrey shares, “If you’re wondering what to prioritize financially for the big day, we absolutely recommend spending on vendors that will capture the day for you to look back on, the photographer and videographer, rather than things like the cake or little table decorations. The day goes by so fast it’s been so nice to look back on the memories!”

I asked Audrey about the biggest surprise on her wedding day. She replied, “How fast the day went by! People weren’t kidding about that!”

Congratulations to the couple!
