I look for the magic in the day—the graceful flow of a gown, a smile bursting on the face of a groom as he says his vows, or the sunbeams piercing through a cloud as a couple walks back down the aisle hand-in-hand.

I am originally from Northern Virginia. I lived in NYC for many years where I earned my BFA from Pratt Institute and grew my business from my apartment on the Upper West Side. I now live in Northeast Denver with my husband and three kids.

my family
My husband, Eric, and my kids, Ollie, Augie and Rosie, fuel my fire. Their wonder and curiosity give me new ways to see the world.

places i've been
New York City's Central Park in the fall is my absolute favorite place in the whole world. I lived in the city for 17 years and it was a dream.

pasTime
Going to the theater. I love Broadway and have seen many, many shows. My favorites include RENT, Hamilton, Wicked, Spring Awakening and Les Mis.

A really great slice of pizza will literally make me do a happy dance.

part of my job
My favorite part of my job is the feeling of something bigger than me or any one of us. Two people coming together with all their loved ones is the start of a new family and a new history. I am just honored to capture it.
