Are you trying to view and back up your wedding, engagement or personal photos from Jessica Schmitt Photography?
I am moving to a new gallery platform and will not be saving galleries that are more than one year old. Your photos will still be available for the rest of 2026. After January 1, 2027 I will not be saving a backup of your photos if they were taken before 2025.
Please download and back up in multiple locations. Set yourself an alarm or reminder and try to do this as soon as possible.
I recommend dropbox, google storage and icloud.
Finding Your Gallery
If you are having trouble finding login information for your gallery, try searching for the words “invitation to” from jess@jschmittphoto.com. Your login information has not changed since it has been delivered.
Archiving Behavior
- Automatic Process: Galleries inactive or unmodified for 14 months move to the archive automatically.
- View: The link stops displaying the photos and shows an unavailable or missing page notice.
- Data Safety: Files remain safely stored on server storage and are not deleted.
How Client Restoration Works
By default, Zenfolio allows visitors who land on an archived gallery link to initiate a restoration request directly from the page.
- The Process: When you visit the inactive URL, you will see an option to restore the gallery. Enter the information and you will automatically receive an email notification the moment the photos are transferred back to active storage and ready to view. The original passwords will all be active as well.
- The Timeline: Once you trigger a request, it takes approximately 12-48 hours for the content to fully reload online.
To Download
1. Login to your gallery.
2. Click on Select Photos (top right, next to Buy)
3. Click on Select All (top left) OR click on the photos you wish to download
4. Enter your unique download password.
5. Click on Download (above images, next to Buy)
6. Be sure to download every gallery. Weddings may be divided into multiple galleries.
